Matt has experience working with children, teens, adults, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. His approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices, integrating CBT, strengths-based techniques, and supportive counseling to create a personalized experience.
He creates a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can show up exactly as they are. He believes therapy doesn’t require having the “right” words or a clear plan, just a willingness to begin, and works to ensure each person feels comfortable, understood, and supported from the start.
Matt is passionate about helping clients feel less alone, build resilience, and move toward lives that feel grounded, meaningful, and authentically their own.
